  • Congress hall with natural light (160m2) with a capacity of 170 persons for seating, which can be divided into two fully equipped smaller halls (45 and 80 persons);
  • Executive Lounge for max. 13 persons;
  • Congress restaurant and a bar and 2 terraces, also used for workshops or corporate presentations (up to 80 persons);
  • Spacious foyer, used for coffee break or buffet;
  • Smaller Business Center lounge at the Lobby Bar, which can serve as a meeting room for 6-7 persons.

Services provided by the Congress Center

The Congress Center and Event Managers can provide additional services for your events such as technical equipment, sound system, flipcharts, pointers, interpreters’ booths and stations, etc. Of course, there is catering provided for participants of the event (hot meals and snacks on the tables and during coffee break) via 2 hotel restaurants.

Agrokomplex Exhibition Centre provides facilities during and outside exhibitions for organizing concerts, conferences and seminars, contractual meetings for entrepreneurs, corporate events or other events according to customer requirements.

In Pavilion „K“ it is offered:

  • Congress hall with a capacity of 350 – 400 seats
  • Conference room 1 with a capacity of 80 – 150 seats
  • Conference room 2 with a capacity of 90 seats
  • Business centre with a capacity of 36 seats

In addition to the listed capacities, the Pavilion “V” as well as other exhibition pavilions for organizing concerts and other events are available. The facilities allow you to organize your own event in a guarded area, along with a congress or conference. The advantage is the possibility to combine rooms according to your requirements or to organize your own exhibition.
